A vocational training programme of workshops, practical training sessions from international leaders and hands-on journalistic endeavours designed to empower a new generation of Emirati students with the knowledge and self-confidence to become the next media voices. The annual programme has seen its graduates go on to jobs with leading outlets, creating a cross-generational network throughout the Emirati media community. The programme also sees the annual production of My News magazine and issues of the ADMAF Tribune. Over the past decade, 184 Emirati university students from HCT, ZU and UAEU have put in more than 640 hours of training. They have worked with over 95 journalists and media professionals, attended 83 media workshops, written 170 articles both in Arabic and English, and published 8 issues of My News Magazine.
