Through its Awards, ADMAF rewards excellence and supports the artistic journeys of young creatives. The ADMAF Awards is a core pillar of the Education & Community programmes.
Gulf Capital – ADMAF Creativity Award 2024
The Award recognises creative excellence among youth in the performing arts who create an outstanding performance piece in the genre of music, dance, spoken word, or theatre.

Gulf Capital – ADMAF Visual Arts Award 2024
The ADMAF Visual Arts Award was launched in 2013 and is an annual prize offering 10,000 AED in development opportunities to an Emirati emerging artist aged 18–35. The Award recognises an artist who demonstrates outstanding creativity across any visual art form.

TotalEnergies Sustainability Design Award 2024
Recognising outstanding innovation and achievement by young Emiratis in sustainable design and architecture, the 10,000 AED TotalEnergies Sustainability Design Award nurtures creative talent with visionary approaches for the future. Providing a launch pad for emerging designers and architects across the UAE, the award encourages innovation in the vital field of sustainability. Submissions should address at least one of sustainability’s three main pillars: economic, environmental, and social.

ADMAF Design Fund in Partnership with L’ÉCOLE School of Jewelry Arts supported by Van Cleef & Arpels 2024
Launched in 2019, the award contributes to empowering cultural industries and enhancing the contribution of young designers from the UAE to artistic renaissance, creativity, and development by providing training and vocational guidance opportunities that contribute and help young people embark on their professional experiences towards professionalism.
ADMAF’s Jewelry Design Award (new name as of 2025) aims to empower and support designers from the UAE in their journey towards artistic excellence and professional development. The Award provides a unique platform for emerging jewelry designers based in the UAE and medium-sized jewelry-focused businesses to embark on a transformative journey. Through bespoke collaborations and comprehensive training opportunities, the Award sets the stage for the creation of future-leading brands within the region and beyond.

Young Media Leaders
Empowering the dynamic media professionals of tomorrow, Young Media Leaders is a career development programme positioning ambitious Emirati university students and graduates to thrive in the local, regional, and global media industry. Through in-depth workshops and encounters with leading academics and professionals, the programme equips participants with the knowledge, experience, and confidence to become media trailblazers. Since 2007, the programme has sustained the region’s media landscape through periods of rapid transformation. Central to ADMAF’s commitment to the cultivation of Emirati talent, it strengthens the UAE’s creative ecosystem, providing young creatives with the tools to realise their potential and make their mark as the media leaders of tomorrow.
