Gala Concert at Kensington Palace with Emirati Artist

Abu Dhabi Festival, in partnership with the Peace and Prosperity Trust (PPT), presented a gala concert featuring Emirati and international artists at the prestigious Kensington Palace as part of its abroad programme on 6 June. The historic co-production marked the culmination of a three-week UK Artist Residency Programme, supported by ADMAF and PPT. Highlights included the world premiere of Ruins of Time, a powerful new composition commissioned by ADMAF from Emirati composer Ihab Darwish; mezzo-soprano Fatima Al Hashimi performing works by Saint-Saëns, Mozart, and Jule Styne; and baritone Ahmed Al Hosani presenting celebrated pieces by De Curtis and Bizet, alongside international musicians from PPT.
