Memorandum of Understanding with WOW – Women of the World
The Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation (ADMAF) is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The WOW Foundation on 12th October 2023 in London. This marks the beginning of a significant partnership that seeks to celebrate and empower women and girls through creative exchanges, cultural initiatives, and collaborative projects.

The MoU signing event brought together the Founder of Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation and Founder and Artistic Director of Abu Dhabi Festival, H.E. Huda Alkhamis-Kanoo OBE, and the CEO and Founder of The WOW Foundation, Lady Jude Kelly CBE, and reaffirmed their shared commitment to promoting positive change in the world and empowering women and girls.
WOW and ADMAF, will collaborate on various initiatives in the future, including organising an online forum featuring 12 female leaders and art practitioners from the UAE and the WOW Festival network. The collaboration between ADMAF and WOW will also see the UAE represented at the 14th annual WOW – Women of the World Festival in the UK, taking place at Aviva Studios, the creative nucleus of the Factory International and the Manchester International Festival. The Festival, dedicated to women and climate change, aligns perfectly with ADMAF’s commitment to sustainability, drawing from the UAE’s experience of hosting COP28 and fostering global cooperation to address climate action.
